3) Applications and Submissions (Performers, Vendors, Volunteers, Sponsors)
If you submit information through our forms (including performer/vendor/volunteer/sponsor inquiries and applications), you confirm the information is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of yourself or your organization. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, decline, or remove participation at our discretion, subject to applicable law and event policies.
4) Event Information and Changes
Event details (dates, times, location, lineup, programming, activities, and policies) may change due to weather, safety requirements, permitting, venue/city requirements, or other circumstances. We may update event information on the Site at any time.
5) Performer Photo/Video Consent
By agreeing to perform on stage at a CCF event, you consent to having photographs and/or video/audio recordings taken of your on-stage performance. You agree that CCF may use these photos/recordings for marketing, promotion, publicity, website content, social media, press, sponsor recaps, and archival purposes, in any media, worldwide, without compensation, for as long as permitted by law.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, logos, designs, graphics, photos, videos, and layout) is owned by or licensed to CCF and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links to our pages.
7) User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to us (such as photos, logos, descriptions, brand assets, or social handles), you grant CCF a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting CCF, its events, and related programming.
8) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or use third-party platforms, including Google Forms, Eventbrite, and Square. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. CCF is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
9) Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site will always be current or complete.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. CCF’s total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to CCF through the Site in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater), unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCF from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
